Zilinsky Graduate Scholarship

The Zilinsky Graduate Scholarship will be offered to full-time graduate students in the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Health Sciences. Candidates must be conducting research that will lead to new knowledge and ultimately benefit the learning outcomes and quality of life for children and youth with special needs.

    • Value: $2,500
    • Quota: four per year (two per faculty)
  • Eligibility

    Candidates must be:

    • Pursuing full-time, graduate-level studies in the Faculty of Education (Master of Arts) or Faculty of Health Sciences (Master of Health Sciences or PhD in Health Sciences).
    • Conducting research that will lead to new knowledge and ultimately benefit the learning outcomes and quality of life for children and youth with special needs.
    • Achieved a minimum GPA of 3.70 (A-) in the last two years of completed study.
    • Within their standard program length (for example, two years for master’s).
    • Preference will be given to students with:
      • Leadership experience.
      • Volunteerism and community outreach.
