Student Life services

Many of the services offered through the office of Student Life are available to graduate students. See below for specific information.

  • Career Centre

    The Career Centre offers the following services to graduate students: 

    • assistance with creating effective job-search documents (e.g. curriculum vitae, resumé, cover letter)
    • career counselling
    • career-related workshops as part of the Graduate Professional Skills program
    • interview preparation
    • job market information
    • job-search strategies (e.g. LinkedIn, academic and industry job-search assistance)

    All graduate students also have access to job postings and career related resources on the Student Life Portal as well as university-wide career events (e.g. job fairs).

  • Indigenous Education and Cultural Services

    Indigenous Education and Cultural Services provides specialized services to First Nation, Métis and Inuit students as well as all University of Ontario Institute of Technology students wanting to learn more about Indigenous cultures. Our programs and services are designed to support a successful transition to post-secondary education and help students have the best possible experience at our university.

    International Education offers supports and services specifically for international students.

  • Student Accessibility Services
